Maria Emmerich is one of two authors who get two books on this list. Her recipes along with the next author listed are, in my humble opinion, the best out there!

#9: Easy Keto Desserts: 60+ Low-Carb, High-Fat Desserts for Any Occasion  by Carolyn Ketchum

Carolyn is the second keto cookbook author to be included on my list twice and with good reason. Folks, if you need an easy to make, low-carb dessert that is sure to WOW even the most skeptical keto critic, search no further!

I don’t know how she does it, perhaps some form of dark magic, but when eating a dessert recipe created by Carolyn Ketchum, you will swear you were cheating!

Easy Keto Desserts includes candies, cookies, cakes, and tarts! And if that isn’t enough, you also get to make frozen desserts, custards, mousse, and ice-cream! Say it isn’t so!

As I mentioned in this article, it was keto-friendly ice-cream that finally won my family over to the low-carb lifestyle. And it was one of Carolyn’s ice-cream recipes that I used. She is a genius in the kitchen, and her low-carb desserts are second to none.

I’m trying not to pick favorites, but if I had to pick a favorite book from this entire list, it would be Easy Keto Desserts. (By the way – you have to try my keto vanilla ice cream. While we’re talking sweet tooth, check out my other keto-friendly desserts as well.)
