We all know that going to a coffee shop can be a hassle sometimes. The lines can be overly long and you may feel like you’re overpaying for what you’re getting.

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients
Pumpkin: 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 1 squirt of stevia pumpkin spice liquid drops, ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (plus more for sprinkling)
Liquids: ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
Coffee: ½ cup of brewed strong coffee, fresh and hot
Optional: Sugar-free whipped cream for serving
How To Make Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte
Stovetop instructions:
- Whisk and heat. In a small saucepan, whisk and heat together the almond milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, liquid stevia, and pumpkin pie spice until hot. You want the liquid steaming, but not boiling.
- Add. Remove from the heat, then add the vanilla extract and blend with a milk frother until smooth and frothy.
- Pour and stir. In a large coffee mug (12 oz. or larger), pour in the brewed coffee, then stir in the pumpkin spiced frothy milk.
- Finishing touches. Top with sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
Microwave instructions:
- Heat. In a microwave safe bowl or large glass measuring cup, heat together the almond milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, liquid stevia, and pumpkin pie spice until hot (60-90 seconds, stirring halfway through). You want the liquid steaming, but not boiling.
- Add. Add the vanilla extract and blend with a milk frother until smooth and frothy.
- Pour and Stir. Pour your brewed coffee in a large coffee mug (12 oz. or larger) and stir in the pumpkin spiced frothy milk.
- Finishing touches. Top with sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
