- If needed, scoop out a little of the center to make space for the filling.
- Sprinkle each half with garlic powder and sea salt.
- Fill with chopped turkey bacon, drizzle with olive oil, and top with scallions if using.
- Serve immediately—or store components separately to assemble later.
