The Perfect Keto Dinner Rolls
When I tell you these are the best keto dinner rolls, I don’t say that lightly.
Dare I say it – these are the keto dinner rolls to end all keto dinner rolls. #IsaidwhatIsaid
I’m two months shy of my 2-year ketoversary, and I’ve tried many different keto dinner roll and biscuit recipes. So many great ones.
My recipe was inspired by a keto dinner roll recipe over at Hey Keto Mama. Her recipe includes flaxseed, which provides a nice flavor, but since flax is a phytoestrogen which increases bad estrogen in the body, I try to limit my consumption of it.
Then, my sister-in-law came up with the idea of using Everything but the Bagel seasoning instead of sesame seeds. With those two little changes, the Perfect Keto Dinner Rolls were born.

My Personal Holiday Food Challenge!
For the months of November and December, in honor of all those trying to stay Keto Through the Holidays, I will be posting my favorite holiday food, but ketofied.
Some of the dishes will be new for me, ones I have never ketofied before. I expect some to even be epic failures. But the recipes that are a success, I will certainly share with you.
If all goes well, here are my recipe plans for the months of November and December. As I upload the recipes, I will come back to link them all in the blog posts. If they fail, I will mention that too, or find another recipe.

How to Make the Perfect Keto Dinner Rolls

Begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted together. If you do not want to use the microwave, you can melt the cheeses together in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
Next, stir in one egg with the melted cheese mixture. The egg/cheese mixture will keep a bit of separation, but that’s ok.
Whisk almond flour and baking powder together, then add these dry ingredients to the melted cheese and egg mixture.
Using your hands, knead the dough until well combined. It will be super sticky, but wetting your hands with warm water helps.
Finally, divide into 12 rolls, and press one end into Everything but the Bagel Seasoning which you can pour out onto a plate. There is no exact measurement for this, so use however much you need.
Just for fun, I decided to shape a few into hotdog buns too! My teenager said they were the best keto hot dog buns I had ever made. Don’t ya love a good, versatile recipe?
