Ingredients for the Pizza Crust:

Dry Ingredients: Build the base of your crust with keto friendly dry ingredients like ¾ cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda,1 teaspoon fast acting yeast, and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Cheese: You will need 7 ounces mozzarella cheese and 1 ounce cream cheese.

How to make Pizza Crust:

Preheat Oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

Form Dough. In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in-between until a dough forms.

Bake. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
