Ingredients for the Pizza Crust:
Dry Ingredients: Build the base of your crust with keto friendly dry ingredients like ¾ cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda,1 teaspoon fast acting yeast, and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Cheese: You will need 7 ounces mozzarella cheese and 1 ounce cream cheese.
Egg: Egg acts as the binding agent. For this, you will need to use 1 egg.
Ingredients for Keto Pizza:
Tomato Sauce: These keto mini pizza bites call for only the best – ¾ cups of Raos Marina Sauce.
Cheese: You can’t make pizza without cheese! Top with ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese.
Toppings: Pick your favorite toppings and additional toppings of choice.
How to Make Keto Mini Pizza Bites
How to make Pizza Crust:
Preheat Oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Form Dough. In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in-between until a dough forms.
Kneed Dough. Stir in the baking soda, yeast, Italian seasoning and egg. You may need to use your hands to kneed it all together.
Divide the Dough. Divide the dough into 12 dough balls and press into the silicone bun mold.
Bake. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
How to make Keto Pizza:
Add Sauce and Cheese. Leaving them in the silicon bun mold, top each mini pizza with 1 tablespoon of marinara and 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
Add Toppings. Add any additional toppings and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
