- 3/4 cup cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 bag sugar free dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life, or Lakanto brand!)
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
Optional Add-ins:
- Mini sugar-free chocolate chips
- mini marshmallows
- Chopped nuts or seeds (if tolerated)
How to Make Healthy Frozen Fudge Bites
Making these is almost too easy.
- Melt and Mix
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the entire bag of chocolate chips until smooth. I check and mix after 30 seconds, and add time in 15 second intervals - Add Coconut Yogurt
Stir in coconut yogurt- make sure the yogurt is not too cold, I usually leave it out while I melt the chocolate chips. The texture should be like thick brownie batter. - Freeze
Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container (or any freezer-safe container). Smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid. - Scoop & Serve
Once frozen, use a cookie scoop to form balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and pop back in the freezer until ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 1 bag of lily's sugar free dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth
Pour into a Ninja Creami pint or freezer-safe container
Freeze for at least 2 hours
Scoop into balls with a cookie scoop and top with sea salt
Store in freezer in a sealed container
