Xanthan Gum is a common keto ingredient but may make you hesitate at the name. It’s a sugar-like compound made of sugars fermented with certain bacteria (No less natural than yeast or vinegar). A common thickener and stabilizer contained in many sauces, salad dressings, baked goods, medicines, and more. It has no taste and is often used as a gluten replacement.

What are Savory Seasonings?

Savory seasonings are spices that are pleasant, slightly salty, and/or spicy but not particularly sweet. Some examples include parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and oregano. You can also do a blend of multiple. For this recipe, feel free to use your favorite or branch out and mix a few.
