How to make a Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Dump all your Ingredients into a Blender. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. This might take about 20-30 seconds.

Pro-Tip: If you are using the Blendtec Blender, use either the Ice Crush or Smoothie button. Both seem to work equally well!

What else can I add to my Protein Shake?

I love dumping in my daily dose of essential vitamins, minerals, etc. that I might be missing from my diet OR that my kids might be missing from their diet. Below is a list of ingredients you can consider adding (and no one would even know)!

  • Coconut Milk – A great substitute for regular Milk or Almond Milk
  • Chia Seeds – Chia Seeds contain a large amount of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids as well as being high in protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants.
  • Flax Seeds – Flax Seeds are also rich is omega-3 fatty acids, but also contain lignans and fiber. Flax Seeds are great because they can be used to improve digestive health and lower blood pressure and bad cholesterol.

Non-Keto Protein Shake Additions

These additions are not Keto-friendly, but perfect for your non-keto family members or kids if you are making these shakes on the fly and looking to replace a full meal.

  • Oats
  • Bananas

Blendtec Blender

If you are unfamiliar with Blendtec, Starbucks used Blentec blenders for years before switching to Vitamix. So if you are in the market for a blender, you know your blender will withstand the test of time.

Personally, I love my Blendtec and use it at least once a day! Even after over 3000 uses (this doesn’t include the pulse button), it works as well as it did on the first day I got it!

blendtec

Blendtec is built to last with a metal-on-metal design as opposed to Vitamix and Ninja which is plastic-on-plastic; and when it comes to power, Blendtec is the clear winner with a 3.0 peak HP motor, compared to the other 2.0 HP motors.
