Keto Peanut Butter Cup S’Mores

S’mores are undoubtedly one of the best desserts for Summer and Fall campfire treats of all time.

I remember as a kid sitting around the campfire on a cool night with family and friends getting ready to make a gooey and delicious s’more. Really, it’s more than just the treat that I love, it’s roasting the marshmallow, putting the s’more together, and spending time with people.

With Fall right around the corner, I knew I wanted to bring these memories back; not just for me, but for my kids.

And really, what better time is there than the present to make a s’more?!

Now, I know what some of you are probably thinking… “Cathy, we can’t eat smores on keto.” And you wouldn’t be wrong! However, with a couple of homemade recipes, we officially have keto-friendly smores for the season.

Ingredients To Make Keto Peanut Butter Cup S’mores

Graham Crackers: 12 keto graham crackers

Chocolate: 6 keto peanut butter cups

Marshmallows: 6 keto marshmallows

Important Note: I have linked my homemade versions above. However, if you don’t want to make homemade ingredients here are some store-bought versions that will work well too.

Keto graham crackers: I couldn’t find any store-bought versions of keto graham crackers. If anyone has suggestions, please share them in the comments!

How To Make Keto Peanut Butter Cup S’mores

Place on a cookie sheet. First, start out by placing 6 graham crackers onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add the chocolate. Next, top each cracker with a peanut butter cup.

Broil. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the chocolate is slightly melted (Keep a close watch!).

Top it off! Top each with a marshmallow and another graham cracker.

Enjoy Immediately! Don’t wait, trust me on this.

Pro-Tips:

  • If you don’t want to use your oven, you can use a culinary blow torch to melt the chocolate and marshmallows.
  • Do NOT toast the keto marshmallows on a stick over an open fire the way you would a regular marshmallow, because they don’t roast the same way.
  • Don’t love peanut butter? Or looking for that traditional nostalgic taste? Consider trying these keto chocolate bars!

Are S’mores Keto Friendly?

Traditionally, there are no ingredients in a s’more that are keto-friendly. Graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate are probably some of the furthest ingredients away from being keto-friendly.

However, thanks to my homemade recipes for these ingredients or some of the store-bought keto versions, we can make these s’mores keto-friendly!

Can You Store Keto S’mores?

S’mores are typically eaten immediately after being made. The melted chocolate and toasted marshmallow only have that great taste we all know and love while they are still hot/warm.

These s’mores are no different. For the best results, these should be eaten immediately after they are made.

That said, I don’t recommend storing them. However, you can make the graham crackers and marshmallows in advance and store them accordingly until you are ready to make the s’mores!
