Ice Cream: To keep this recipe keto-friendly and make the root beer flavor pop, I used sugar-free vanilla ice cream.
Root Beer: For this recipe, I used Zevia Ginger Root Beer. But they have so many great flavors to choose from, you can choose your signature flavor.
Optional ingredients: You can dress up your float by adding sugar-free whipped cream or sugar-free chocolate syrup… maybe both!
