Let’s be real—burger night is sacred in our house. It’s the one meal everyone loves and no one complains about. And guess what? Going keto didn’t change that—it actually made it easier to stay consistent because these Beef Slider Patties with Broccoli are just that good.

They’re simple, satisfying, and easy to dress up depending on your cravings (or your family’s). I’ve had this meal in rotation since before my pregnancy, and with the guidance of my healthcare team, I kept it going the whole way through. Because it’s just that easy and that reliable.

Fast Food Feel, Without the Guilt

This meal saved me so many times when I was out and about and tempted by a fast food run. If I had these slider patties prepped at home, I could reheat them in minutes and not feel like I was missing out.

When I make this for my family, I serve the sliders on buns with all the toppings—bacon, cheese, ketchup, whatever. For me? Lettuce wrap all the way, sometimes with grilled mushrooms piled high on top. A side of steamed or roasted broccoli balances it all out and keeps it keto.

📋 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • Optional: mustard, avocado mayo, lettuce wraps, grilled mushrooms

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide beef into 4 small slider-sized patties. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F. Set aside to rest.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a separate pan and sauté broccoli for 6–8 minutes until tender. Season to taste.
  5. Serve patties in lettuce wraps with toppings, with broccoli on the side.

💡 Customization Tips:

  • Family-style: Serve patties on slider buns with a side of fries.
  • Toppings bar: Bacon, avocado, mushrooms, pickles—go wild!
  • Fast food swap: Use this as your go-to when cravings hit. I even have a Keto Fast Food Guide for when you’re out and about.
