Ingredients – 12 ounces Cranberries – 2/3 cup BochaSweet Sweetener – 1 tablespoon Yacon Syrup – 3/4 cup Water – 1 teaspoon orange zest – 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan combine cranberries, water, orange zest, and low-carb sweeteners.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low

Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has reduced slightly. Stir in vanilla extract.

Remove from heat and allow the cranberry sauce to cool for 30 minutes before moving to an air-tight container to chill in the refrigerator.
