Low Carb Chicken Carbonara

Ingredients

– 2 batches of Keto Egg Noodles – 1 tablespoon butter  – 2 chicken breasts – 2 cloves garlic, minced – salt and pepper, to taste – ½ cup cooked bacon – 2-4 tablespoons chicken broth

Carbonara Sauce

– 4 egg – 3/4 cup grated parmesan  – 1/3 cup heavy cream – 1/4 cup fresh basil  – salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Keto Egg Noodles

(I usually do this a day or two ahead of time.)

Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and set aside

Melt the butter in a large skillet, then add minced garlic and sliced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and cook until chicken is fully cooked through about 5-7 minutes.

Add the bacon and Keto egg noodles to the skillet and toss with the chicken.

Add the carbonara sauce to the skillet and toss with the keto noodles, bacon, and chicken until fully incorporated. Add chicken broth until it reaches desired consistancy.
