This low carb, high protein dish is the perfect way to fuel up after a busy day. The meat and veggies in this keto beef broccoli soup will keep you feeling full without all of those pesky carbs!

Cut the flat iron steak into ½ inch slices.  Add the sliced steak and marinade ingredients (coconut aminos, ground ginger, garlic and salt) to a zip lock baggie and let it set for at least 1 hour, overnight is better.

In a large cast-iron skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat then stir-fry the sliced beef until browned

Add the broccoli and leftover marinade to the iron skillet and stir-fry until crisp-tender, for about 5 minute

Add the beef back to the skillet with the broccoli, then add the fish sauce and toasted sesame oil.
