To make the sugar cookies, begin by whisking Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, and salt together in a medium bowl, then set aside.

Next, cream together butter and swerve granulated sweetener with a hand mixer in a large bowl. Then, add the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.

Beat together the wet and dry mixtures until well combined, then wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

When ready, roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out the cookies.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 8-12 minutes
