In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese.

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in-between until a dough forms, then stir in the baking soda, yeast, Italian seasoning and egg.

Divide the dough into 12 dough balls and press into the silicone bun mold.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
