– 1 lb ground beef – 1 lb ground pork – 1 egg – 1/2 cup almond flour – 1/3 cup parmesan cheese – 1 tablespoon garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking wrap on top of a parchment lined baking sheet.
