KETO EGGNOG

'Tis the season for keto eggnog! This low-carb and sugar-free eggnog recipe is something you'll want to make again and again. It's a Christmas recipe we make every year!

Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk 1-1/2 cups Heavy Cream 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp ground nutmeg 6 egg yolk 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat the almond milk, heavy cream, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg to 165 degrees F

Temper the egg yolks with the heated sweet cream, then add it to the sauce pan

Heat again to 165 degrees 

Finally, strain the eggnog, stir in some vanilla, and allow to cool completely before storing in the fridge.
