Whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, espresso powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the butter with the Lakanto Golden until well combined and fluffy. Then in the eggs one at a time, and beat in the vanilla extract.

Beat in the dry ingredients, then beat in the coffee, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Pour the cake batter into the parchment-lined bundt pan. Bake 40-50 minutes until a clean toothpick comes out.

Remove and let cool completely in the pan. Then gently flip the cake out onto a platter.

For the Glaze 1. Bring the cream and sweetener just to a simmer over medium heat, then remove from heat. 2. Add the chocolate and vanilla extract, then let sit for 5 minutes before whisking until smooth. 3. Allow the glaze to cool another 5 -10 minutes, then slowly drizzle over the cake.
