In a large bowl, beat the butter with the Lakanto Golden until well combined and fluffy.Then in the eggs one at a time, and beat in the vanilla extract.
For the Glaze
1. Bring the cream and sweetener just to a simmer over medium heat, then remove from heat.
2. Add the chocolate and vanilla extract, then let sit for 5 minutes before whisking until smooth.
3. Allow the glaze to cool another 5 -10 minutes, then slowly drizzle over the cake.
