KETO CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER EASTER EGGS
These Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs are super delicious, homemade, AND kid-approved!
Peanut Butter Filling:
– 5 tbsp butter,
– 1 cup peanut butter
– 1/2 tsp vanilla cream stevia
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 tsp salt
For the Chocolate Coating:
– 7 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chips
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
Melt the peanut butter and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, then s
tir in the vanilla extract and vanilla cream stevia
Fill the egg molds halfway up and freeze for 1 hour.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave
Pour half the chocolate in the molds, add the frozen peanut butter eggs, then cover with chocolate and freeze for 1 hour
