These keto chicken nuggets come together in minutes and are cooked in the air fryer. Easy low-carb recipe with minimal cleanup. The recipe uses pork rind panko to keep it gluten-free.

1 lb chicken tenders, cut to bite sized 2 cups pork panko seasoned with garlic powder and smoked paprika 2 eggs whisked together with 1 tbsp heavy cream

Dip each nugget piece in the egg mixture, then coat in the pork panko mixure.

Bake in the pre-heated air fryer at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, shaking half way through.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!  I recommend Sweet Baby Ray's No Sugar Added BBQ sauce!
