Ingredient – 4 Pork Chops, bone-in – ¼ cup avocado oil – 2 teaspoons salt – 2 tablespoons smoked paprika – 1 tablespoon onion powder

Season pork chops with salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder on both sides and set aside.

Heat the avocado oil over medium heat in a skillet, and add the pork chops to the skillet

Cook for 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness on one side, then flip and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
