– 2 egg – 1/3 cup almond milk – 2 tbsp butter, melted – 1 tsp vanilla creme stevia – 1 1/4 cup almond flour – 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp salt
1. Combine all the ingredients together a bowl mix with an electric hand mixer until well combined.
2. Pour the pancake batter into a squeeze bottle
3. Squeeze out mini pancakes, about the size of a teaspoon onto your heated griddle or skillet.
4. Flip over with a mini spatula once they start to bubble.
5. Scoop the keto mini pancakes into a bowl and serve with butter and syrup!
