Lightly mix together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the cheese is fully melted, then mix in 1 egg.

Kneed the dough with your hands until everything is fully incorporated into a dough ball.

Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper, then using a pizza cutter, slice 24-36 strips

Roll 1 Little Smokie in each fathead dough strip and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Optionally, dip each piece in everything but the bagel seasoning.
